We're all feeling the economic pinch. Our pricing is structured to let you know exactly how much you'll be paying. No extra charges. No hidden fees. No surprises.
Our offices range from single office configurations to multi-suite areas that can accomodate up to 50 employees. Pricing starts as low as $600/month for single offices. Each office includes a full set of furniture and our all-inclusive services. An additional setup can be included in any office for just $150/month additional.
Each office receives 200 copies or prints on our high speed networked copier/printer per month at no charge. Additional copies/prints are billed at 10 cents per copy. Each office receives 200 minutes of long-distance charges. Additional minutes are billed at 8 cents per minute.
All terms are detailed in our Suite Rental Agreement, a copy of which is available upon request. The suites are rented on a month-to-month basis, with a three month initial commitment required. Hopefully you won't want to leave, but if circumstances change, you may leave any time after the initial period by providing one month's notice.
There is a one-time $150 start-up charge per office assessed upon execution of the Suite Rental Agreement.
